The Armed Forces of the Philippines suspected and blamed the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) for Indanan bridge explosion in Sulu, Philippines according to ABS CBN news.
On Tuesday, military officials blamed the Abu Sayyaf group for planting explosives that also damaged a bridge used by Army tanks. The incident occurred just hours after a land mine exploded under a military convoy carrying American troops.
Both attacks were in Indanan town where the Abu Sayyaf has jungle strongholds and has evaded joint Philippine and US military operations for years. The attack on the convoy killed US troops in the southern Philippines for the first time in seven years, while the bridge attack appeared to be directed at hampering the military's ability to respond to further attacks, said Dolorfino. The ABS-CBN also reported that the Philippines Government condemned the attack as barbaric.

And I really don't know why the air strike bombing during religious activities (Eid Fitr) on September 20, 2009 is not barbaric.
Yesterday, The Department of Social Welfare and Development office in Indanan ,Sulu ,reported that the displaced in Sulu is rised and has already registered to 1,757 families – 6, 868 individuals.
The Moro Human Right condemning the AFP for this huge operation that resulted to killed pregnant, Wilma Ambi, 19yrs old, from Indanan Sulu.
Thousand of children are still in their school (serve as an evacuation center) twenty four hours together with their parents with out learning other than traumatic experiences.
More troops are deployed in Sulu which costs millions of money. But for flooding relief in Manila is no more.
The flooding in Manila is continuing while the military operation in Sulu in also persists with outstanding budgets. According to Ust. Habier Malik that the Moro National Liberation Fronts are still in the front line protecting the civilians and they are expecting the heavy attacks from the AFP.
According to Moro Chronicles the recent war in Sulu is also participated by Sulu people.
