The Armed Forces of the Philippines suspected and blamed the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) for Indanan bridge explosion in Sulu, Philippines according to ABS CBN news.

On Tuesday, military officials blamed the Abu Sayyaf group for planting explosives that also damaged a bridge used by Army tanks. The incident occurred just hours after a land mine exploded under a military convoy carrying American troops.

Both attacks were in Indanan town where the Abu Sayyaf has jungle strongholds and has evaded joint Philippine and US military operations for years. The attack on the convoy killed US troops in the southern Philippines for the first time in seven years, while the bridge attack appeared to be directed at hampering the military's ability to respond to further attacks, said Dolorfino. Salaam. Let us just continue on with what we have been doing, lifting up everything to God, our Father. In Him, we rest our faith. If we do not empty our hearts of hatred, how can He fill us up with His blessings? We have to get rid of evil/negative thoughts from ourselves even if we are already pushed to the limits... afterall, we know that we are men and women of prayer, children of God who is in control. HE is not like men who can be fooled or bribed or mocked, He responds to His children especially those cling to Him for mercy. And this we believe, amen.
