First, I recommend that you keep searching on the Web for references to the tribe, but try different spellings to just B'laan. The reason is that "B'laan" is just one way of writing a spoken Tagalog name for the tribe. I tried "Bi-laan" and found many more references to them that way.
Consider too that, although the tribe may call itself "B'laan" (or something like that), others have different names for them, and you might find references to them under names such as: -
