I think that there is a need to do something on the growing number of displaced Badjao's seen roaming around our City. Children half naked begging in the streets is a common sight. I hear many shoo them away. Some even call them lazy. A few manages to give a coin or two without bothering to look at them. I understand how some people are apathetic on the issue. As i said their plight is very common, we hardly notice how they are suffering.

Our government should give more incentives to small investors. They need a little breathing space to survive.

1. In the introductory year, these investors should be free from taxes.

2. Registration should be for free.

3. Assistance in conducting feasibility studies and information campaigns should be provided.
