Apo Natural Park and the Mt. Hamiguitan Wildlife Sanctuary. They are located in the provinces of Davao del Sur, North Cotabato, Davao Oriental, and in the city of Davao situated within in the island of Mindanao, Philippines. Mabuhay

Reasons: an anemic local government and an inutile NWRB jealous of its powers under the national law. It's been 10 years since the law was passed. AAARGHH!
